Refund policy

Hey everyone! There will be no refunds for any reason. East African Secrets LLC can not promise any results to any customer since everyone results may vary. Once you make a payment with East African Secrets you are acknowledging that you are aware that East African Secrets LLC has a zero refund policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only replace product if it is for damaged during arrival ( photo proof is required for the damage).

International orders can take 7-30 business days to arrive. No refunds for any orders that are still in transit to the destination. 

Our hair care products are all made in the same facility so cross contamination is possible.  Please read the ingredients on the bottle of each product to make sure you are not allergic. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
